OUR TECHNOLOGY

At DARK MATTER Carbon, our manufacturing process takes full advantage of the highest standard of quality, using the Prepreg composite process. Prepreg is the common term for fabric reinforcement that has been pre-impregnated with a resin system. The resin system is an epoxy and already includes the proper curing agent. As a result, it’s ready to lay into a mold without the addition of resin or the steps required of a typical hand lay-up. This yields a near-perfect epoxy resin content, maximizing strength properties for the reinforcement

ALL raw materials used in our manufacturing are hand-picked from Germany, France and Japan to ensure that our carbon fibre products exceed even the most strict industry standard of quality.

The carbon fibre is finished with UV protected clear coat to prevent discoloration from sun exposure. The glossy finish not only provides stunning aesthetics, but also serves to maximize the Longevity of our products by increasing their durability to the elements.
